5 guitar speaker
Can you recommend a good start guitar in a 7 years old.?

I want to teach my son steps to play, wants to get him a 3 / 4 (or maybe 1 / 2) medium-sized guitar. What I want to avoid getting one that detunes itself every 5 minutes. Maybe acoustic, maybe electric with a built-in speaker – Or a set with a small portable amp. And also do not want to spend a fortune – if he's bored with this stuff too, and it ends up gathering dust:) Any reccomendations?

I defiantly recommend starting with an acoustic guitar its the best way to learn and, ultimately, when he is ready to move to an electric it will show how it was worth it to start acoustic. I started acoustic for about a year and then went electric. In a guitar go to http://www.musiciansfriend.com/ and look up the mini or travel acoustic guitars and take a look. Yamaha, Martin and Ibanez make good starters. Good luck

The first step in learning the guitar is to determine your skill level. Beginners and intermediates should find a resource designed for them, and leave advanced guitar lessons for later as they become more proficient. It is wise to start with something designed for your skill level, which makes guitar instruction more fun. Click Here For A Learn To Play Guitar Product Review
