What kind of electric guitar should I get?

I am a beginner, but I take guitar class in high school, and I want to get a cheeper electrical guitar. What companies or types do you think I should get? Should I go for a beginner kit or get a cheaper and better guitar amp, so I can have amp longer and get a newer guitar for a year's time? IDK what they really do have so many guitars out there.

It depends on what your style of play For example, if your the type of guy who wants to play heavy metal or rock, I would recommend the Ibanez or Gibson …… Now if your planning blues you need a Les Paul ….. really the 2 things that matter are brand and type Humbucker guitar give you a fatter sound and raw tone, but good for heavy metal, blues, rock, but single coils like a Stratocaster or Telecaster gives you a dial tone, and is great for Jazz Rock, Alternative punk ………. the amp I recommend Marshall amps they give you a clear Bassy tone ….. and the strings I'd say GHS Boomers is large (giving you more powerful sound from my experience with GHS strings …… strings like Ernie Ball Slinky and dean markley are good, but I will say GHS Boomers are strong, reliable and would last longer that others have ……….. for a beginner like you, I would say the Telecaster or Stratocaster is better because it is cheap, gives you a great sound and chicks love it ……

The first step in learning the guitar is to determine your skill level. Beginners and intermediates should find a resource designed for them, and leave advanced guitar lessons for later as they become more proficient. It is wise to start with something designed for your skill level, which makes guitar instruction more fun. Click Here For A Learn To Play Guitar Product Review
