How can I talk my mom to let me get a cat?

Ok so my birthday is coming up and I'm either going to get a second guitar or a cat, and I really want a cat, and if my parents got the cat for me, I would pay for everything else since I have a job, and she says the guitar is fine, but no cat and the cat I want is only 75, because its from an adoption center and there is something wrong with the cat no diseases, no eye problems and no mental problems and has already been been sterilized, its 8 weeks old. and the guitar I want is 399 big money difference haha, it's just I can not talk to her cat, we have 2 dogs and 1 cat already, but no of them is mine and I want my own cat

Cats are so much quieter than dogs, cats are so very clean animals. One thing that someone has to clean the potty box. Well since they are my cats, I clean the box. I sure wish I had of had cats while my girls were small. We can learn a lot of cats. Primary responsibility to keep the cat box clean and keep the cat fed and indoors. Also, if you want a quieter house, you must be quiet inside also cause cats do not like sudden movements, noise, the frightens them. Then we can teaah us lots of things by having an animal, but let me tell you cats are so very, very clean. Also cat from adopting. Sites are already potty trained. They are clean, quiet, and wow.
