Acoustic Guitar Humming on the bridge?

I'm an armature guitarist, I know a few chords, look up things online and try it sometimes. sometimes it put away for a week before the ouch again in his box. I've noticed that certain strings (E, A, D, G strings, I think the thicker onse) will humm and it goes away sometimes. although I'm just pluck the strings without playing any chords. it is an EPIPHONE guitar, so I do not think it should be bad craftsmenship. someone have an idea?
