Question about guitar chords ..?

I have this chart entitled to Em7 Bm7 Do all chords with m7 sound good together … as it means they are in the same key or something? Will Em7 sounds good with Gm7? What else goes with m7 chords? I hope someone can help you, Bry xx

No, certainly not all minor 7 chords sound good together. Each key has a family of chords that sound good to fairly good together. In any key, I, IV and V major chords go well together. (The use Roman numerals to refer to the location of the note in the key.) So in the key of C, this would be C major, F major and G major chords – the first, fourth and fifth notes from the C scale. The VI minor chord called the relative minor, and it also sounds great with the other major chords. IC, this is a minor – the sixth note of C scale. The VII sounds okay as a seventh chord as in C, that would be B7. It is the most popular combinations of chords in popular music. My books are not handy at the moment so I can not tell you much more without double-checking my memory. I would Google "key chord relationships" and you need to find a website to tell you which m7 chord fits nicely into the keys.
