guitar hero 3 ps2

I have a question about guitar hero 3 for ps2?

I havn't played my guitar on guitar hero for like 3-4 months and one day I was bored so I was like ok I can play guitar hero! But then my guitar does not even work! I changed the batteries but still it will not do anything. Help please!

I havnt had that problem, but check the box and see if theres ONE NUMBER U COULD call for support
