Guitar Hero 5, Please?

If I were to buy Guitar Hero 5, when it's released later this year, would the game work with Guitar Hero: World Tour guitar, or would I have to buy the whole package, complete with guitar? If it makes a difference, would be the game for the Nintendo Wii. I hope you can help me! Thanks in advance!
