How do you get everything setup for Guitar Hero 5 for Wii?

I just got the game today and I've played Guitar Hero 2 & & 3 before but this is my first time playing 5th And I do not know how to get to the list of songs to play. And also ,……… Do you need Internet connection part of the game? Please. If someone just could give me how to set everything up .. It would be great! please reply as soon as possible please.

You only need internet connection if you want to buy more songs from GH Store (DLC), or play online with other people. There may be online leaderboards that update your score for it when you play, but I do not know. Most likely. From the start I think you only get a limited amount of songs already unlocked in Quick Play (this is where all songs will be when you just want to dive in and out and not be limited to the Tour) and the others are unlocked by playing through the Tour. But there should be cheating to unlock all songs in Quick Play which has always been before, but you'll have to google it.
