What all do I need to play Guitar Hero 5 on Wii?

I have a Wii and two Wii remotes. If I buy a Guitar Hero World Tour bundle, with guitar, microphone and drum set, and then buy Guitar Hero 5, is that everything I need? I need to know exactly what I need. It is a gift for my girlfriend and I am clueless!

Are you refer to Guitar Hero 5 with avatars? I believe that exclusive to Xbox 360 There is an Aerosmith Guitar Hero, probably GH would be 4.5?
