guitar hero controller 360

Can you use the wired Xbox 360 Guitar Hero Controller for Nintendo Wii, since it uses a USB port?

Xbox 360 Guitar Hero controller hooks to the 360 via a USB – Port and since the Wii has two USB ports on the back, I was wondering if you could use it with the Wii too.

unfortunately not .. this seems like a good idea, but Unfortunately, the devices have drivers that allows the Xbox to pick them up and run with them. If you have tried to make it on the Wii, there will be no way for the console to recognize the device, and therefore do not run it .. (not like a PC that will recognize any device u plug in) But there is a way to use 360 controllers on PC .. but im not too sure on that guitar .. I can not see why not, since it is basically a modified controller .. but when ur only interested in the wii .. The answer is Nope ..
