Recommend me a guitar for The Beatles Rock Band on Wii?

I've been looking for awhile now online for a rock band or guitar hero guitar playing with the Beatles rock band but every where I see are either sold out or ridiculously expensive. I've looked at games, Game Station, amazon, etc, can anyone suggest any other else? Can anyone recommend one of the non-branded guitars (so no RB or GH), or are they best avoided? Thanks
