Can you use two microphones at Guitar Hero: World Tour for Wii?

My and my friends come to my other friends house to play Guitar Hero: World Tour for Wii. There are 5 of us, and we have Guitar Hero microphone and a microphone EA, we can use these 2 microphones and 2 people can sing use them? (If this can not work, do you know other ways we can play with 5 people or more) please answer both if you can. Thank you!
