Cheap Guitar lessons? NYC / Westchester?

I have tried to learn to play guitar for the last few months on my own, but I dont think I can do it. Been very unmotivated. so I thought maybe I would look for some lessons.everything I've found so far has been a bit overpriced.Like 40-50 bucks a lesson … I also found this place that could give lessons in 3 months, but it was close to $ 300. Just wondering if there was a cheaper alternative, close to where I live.Tried google but could not find much. I live in lower Westchester new of the Bronx. anyone know of a place?

Almost all guitar lessons are super expensive. Internet is full of guitar tips and tricks and basically the same information you learn in one class, and even everything you need to know about music theory in relation to the guitar. Lots of famous guitarists were self-taught. The only difference is that you have to be totally dedicated to learning the instrument. Practice (Any player at all) atleast 45-60 minutes a day. Most famous musicians have had an estimated 1000 Hour practice at all, which would be 3 hours a day for a whole year, so remember. Organize your life so you can practice each day.
