How can I get my electric guitar to sound like an acoustic?

Here is what I have, one electric with 2 humbuckers, 1 tone, 1 Volume + the toggle. Amp is a Line 6 Spider III with these controls, Drive, Bass, Middle, Treble, Chan. Vol 2 effects knobs, which probably wont be used and Master Volume. So how I can mess w / these controls to get the most acoustic sound possible w / out an acoustic bottom or an actual acoustic?

neck pickup, or maybe both pickups. Tone knob almost or near all far away. Amp, Bass 3 / 4 on. Mids in the middle for 3 / 4 on. Treble rolled back to 1 / 4 to 1 / 3. Go with your clean channel and use RINGS reverb. This will be about a close as you can get with an electric. It will sound muddy and subdued, so you'll have to play with trebble and tone knobs to your taste.
