guitar nut replacement cost

Guitar nut replacement issues.?

The nut has worn on my guitar and I have to replace what I've been looking at new, but do not get what they mean when they say, 43mm x 3.4 x 4.6 to 3.8mm and other measurements, for example, what does this refer to? also, how much it would cost in a music business in order to replace nut and get the guitar re-string? Any help would be great thanks.
