Personalized Guitar Pick- Silver?

For Christmas, I want to buy my boyfriend a custom guitar pick that he can wear as a necklace; something sterling silver, and engraved with whatever I decide. But I need something $10-$25 dollars. Does anyone know a website, or a store that you can get them done at?
