how do you do it in Guitar Pro (5.2) on real guitar?

1. Harmony brackets 2nd Ghost note 3 wah wah effect (or do whammy effect without a whammy bar), thats it reallyi know theres more but I can not think right now I mainly need help to play harmony notes

Can not really help you with 1 .. do not know what it is .. If you could explain it better I could help more. The other 2 I can. A Ghost note is when you play a note, but beat it with your left hand. This makes a bit like a muted percussive sound. A wah-wah effect can never be done with a whammy bar. You must have an effect pedal for this one.
