condenser has a delay?

I have an HP Pavilion dv9000 laptop: Windows Vista I have Steinberg Cubase LE 4 I try to run a capacitor microphone through Guitar Rig Session 's everything hooked up correctly but when I speak into it I get a 2-second delay when it is played I adjusted the wait a million times in ASIO I even toyed around with the settings in Cubase

Guitar Rig is eating all your memory. If you adjust the latency settings I do not think there is much more you can do in the short to use a better computer.
