Can I play with a loop station with guitar rig?

I have the program Guitar Rig, my guitar and my audio interface for my PC .. well, I would like to know if I could play with the Boss loop station Rc20xl .. If I connect the loop station between the guitar and audio interface that I can use the Boss loop station instead of the original pedal of guitar rig? thank u so much!

I can not see why not. Although I am not familiar with Guitar Rig. But I run my RC-50 through everything. It does not really matter. I just do not want to loose everything when I want to record. So I ran into guitar preamp – oc-3 – DD-20 – Chorus – RC-50 – Onyx Mixer – Firewire to computer. So if I was you, I'd just guitar – rc20 – Guitar rig – PC.
