Tuner Bushings Acostic on guitar?

Hopefully you can give an answer to my question. Recently I bought a new Martin 000-28 EC guitar, and when I removed the strings so I could replace them and give the guitar a good cleaning half the jacks fell out when I turned the guitar over to clean and polish the back of the guitar, it is typical, I even the connectors should be pressed in? I know that my other three times Guitars: Guild D25, Gibson ES335 and Fender Start that this never happened, is it something I need to deal with my Martin guitar?
