guitar tuner drop d flat
in the form of flat notes (Bb Ab, etc.), what corresponds to F #?

this tab im looking at this tuning: (low to high, I think its drop B) DB # DAEB what would be "flat", similar to F # (my guitar tuner shows no B # C # F #, sharp notes at all) I put the head. then F # will be (in standard tuning) the b string.
