how to wire this pickup?

here's my bridge pickup. http://img255.imageshack.us/my.php?image=imgp0784ir5.jpg her from a IBANEZ rg320. Replacement am the single coil bridge in my strat-style guitar (knock down). my guitar is, 1 Volume, 2 tones, and 5 way pickup selector. bought a HSS pickguard. body of my guitar is routed to adapt any humbucker. can anyone tell me where these wires go? Seymour Duncan website with diagrams of different colored wires and do not have diagrams for IBANEZ pickups. I need to know which wire goes to the tone, volume, and so on. just to check that my IBANEZ pickup has 4 wires. black, white, red and a blue wire, which is covered by a thick black cover. is that ground? thanks, your help is greatly appreciated.
