Guitar lessons in Massachusetts?

I am 13 years old. I really want to take guitar lessons, I've been wanting to learn to play electric guitar for a very long time. I really love the electric guitar and it sucks not knowing how to play it when other people can. I am a big fan of Metallica, they influenced me to pick up the guitar. I live in Lynn, Massachusetts which is about 15 minutes away from Boston. I have tried to take online lessons, but they have really not helped me so much. I'm a newbie. I want someone with a lot of experience and I want to learn how to play speed metal guitar. My dad says guitar lessons is really expensive, but, and that we can afford it, but I do not think they are so expensive that we can not afford it. So how much do guitar lessons really cost? If you can, list some places where I can get guitar lessons around my area.
