rock band guitar stand

Does anyone sell a stand alone replacement rock band split strum bar?

I have the regular rock band 2 fender guitar but i wanted to turn it into a bass so i took out the strum bar and thought of a way to make it a split strum bar like the bass they sell, but i don’t have the tools for it. I was wondering if anyone sells that, because I don’t want to have to pay 70 dollars for a separate rock band bass. Thanks for the help.
