Does Guitar Hero: World Tour drums for Wii break easily?

I heard from a lot of people that the Wii Guitar Hero: World Tour drums break easier than 360 and PS3 drums. Is this true or not? Are there any tips so your drums do not break the Wii?

I've had mine for like 3 weeks and they look perfectly fine. just not hit it hard, and they are used for gameplay only thats it, it will last forever!
